Frank Rodriquez, a junior at Redlands East Valley High in California, placed second in a Red Division boys varsity race in 15:22.0 at the 42nd Woodbridge Cross Country Classic presented by ASICS America at Orange County Great Park in Irvine, Calif. The course measured closer to a 5-kilometer distance than the reported 3-mile layout.
